Please complete the following client inquiry form. CADE offers services free to Central NY farm and food businesses, with varying regulations of level of support based on current funding. CADE asks that in exchange for services, you complete this form in its entirety as an exchange of data for services. All information will remain confidential and not be used in an identifiable way without direct permission. By requesting services, you will be signed up for CADE communications and you can opt out at anytime.
