Harvest New York, in collaboration with SUNY Cobleskill, is offering this workshop for animal producers on meat processing to maximize profit!
Helping producers figure out that piece of the puzzle this one-day meat processing workshop co-organized by SUNY Cobleskill and Cornell Cooperative Extension's (CCE) Harvest New York economic development and sustainability program. This class will focus on pork and look to provide greater understanding of pork cuts and its processing.
Classroom materials and lunch are provided.
