Join AgriForaging for our Whole Carcass Lamb Processing demonstration, the second in our 2016 series. We invite you to spend the day with us to experience and discuss how to legally harvest and sell lamb; featuring our slaughter footage, food safety, best practices and equipment used to obtain primals and retail cuts. Eric Shelley, our Livestock/Meat Processing Expert will teach you popular retail and farm market cuts while concentrating on whole carcass utilization. Attendees will also participate in grinding, mixing and stuffing lamb sausage; sausage sampling is promised to be a delicious hit.  Participants will go home with a share of the locally-raised lamb processed at the workshop.
