For budding food entrepreneurs interested in getting involved in the exciting culinary tourism industry as a tour provider or destination. The class, provided by the Mid-Hudson Small Business Development Center, will provide information about current trends in the industry, regulations, insurance requirements, and more.

Payment can be made in advance by check, cash, or credit. Additional donations for CCESC programs are appreciated.
