Yes, I Can: Introduction to Home Canning

Join chef Rob Handel to learn the basics of waterbath canning! This interactive class will cover everything from equipment, preparation, procedure, and storage of canned foods. Learn how to make your own jams, jellies, salsas, pickles, and chutneys and preserve them to enjoy year round. Class includes course notes, a jar of pickles that we'll prepare during the class, and dinner afterwards. Cost is $50/person.
