On November 10, 2016, Cornell Small Farms Program will hold their 9th Annual Beginning Farmer Learning Network (BFLN) gathering. This day-long session is geared towards anyone who provides services targeted to farmers in their first 10 years of business. The theme of the day is formalizing beginning farmer training in the areas of business and financial management, and as always, they'll have great training and discussion options in these areas. But the best part of the day is networking with other attendees! Don't miss this chance to make new connections, learn from your peers, and let people know what you've been working on.
This fall the Beginning Farmer Learning Network (BFLN) meeting is being held as a pre-conference session of the Northeast Sustainable Ag Working Group's (NESAWG's) It Takes a Region conference. Registration is now open for both our pre-conference session and the entire conference!
WHEN: Our session will be 9a-5p Thurs. Nov. 10
