This is the first session in a three-part workshops series on QuickBooks and bookkeeping for farmers. Farmers will receive an overview of bookkeeping basics and the QuickBooks software, including: creating a company file, customized invoice and payment systems; how to set-up customers, vendors and products; and integrating your software to your bank and online payment systems. FARMERS ARE ENCOURAGED TO BRING THEIR COMPUTERS TO THE CLASS WITH THEM TO SET-UP THEIR QUICKBOOKS ACCOUNT (or other bookkeeping system) DURING THE WORKSHOP SERIES.
